制造工程师

responsibilities：
support on the engineering operation which includes:
1.drawing translation from english version to chinese version;
2.bom and routing develops;
3.fixture and tooling design;
4.develop and load cnc programs and related documents;
5.develop supply chain for all raw material, tools, consumables and components with purchasing team;
6.ute ecr changes;
7.continue improvement;
8.develop sojt and work instruction;
9.process specifications and sops written and loaded
10.develop and manage overall project scope, timeline, quality, cost etc;
11.support daily manufacturing to improve productivity, quality and deliveries, etc.;
12.ute quality plan;
13.complete prototype, customized instruments and first articles, and delivery on time;
14.identify engineering issues and get resolved with internal and external team;
15.participate in and lead conference call with the team on sending side;
16.new technology concept introduction;
17.new process development;

experience
1.bachelor degree or above in engineering, associate degree in mechanical manufacturing is the minimum.
2.fluent english in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3.5 years working experience on machining is minimum;
4.experience of working within a process excellence / six sigma type environment;
5.familiar with g d&t
6.familiar with nx, capp, autocad, office software
7.skills on creating cnc programs, milling and turning preferred
8.should be able to demonstrate a clear track record of technical accomplishments.
